- Easy walk or bike ride to nearby restaurants (including The Islander 71 and The Outpost), the IOP Marina and the Isle of Palms beach. Historic downtown Charleston is also just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy award-winning restaurants, shopping, and historic sightseeing before returning to your peaceful island retreat.

Guests enter Happy Hours by taking the building's elevator (or the community staircase) to the 1st floor and entering the front door of the home (Unit 503). When you enter the front door, you will find an entryway that connects to the kitchen, dining area and living room. The primary suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom are accessible from the kitchen and dining area. There is a laundry closet off of the kitchen. The screened porch is accessible from both the living room and the primary suite.

Isle of Palms will be conducting beach replenishment from July through November 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site. Check the City site for more details.
