Brimming with southern charm, the home greets you with an inviting front porch that has daybed swings on both sides. Step inside to discover the newly remodeled, bright, and beautifully designed interior. An open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, kitchen, and dining areas, creating an ideal space for spending quality time with friends and family. The main living area features plenty of plush seating, a cozy fireplace, and a large TV for your entertainment. The sleek and fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting stainless steel appliances and an island. Grab a barstool seat and enjoy a quick snack, or gather around the dining area for a family feast. Upstairs, a lounge area with a TV and foosball table offers even more space for your group to spread out.

Five uniquely designed bedrooms, along with a playroom, comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. On the first floor, Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 also offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom accessible from the hallway, while bedroom 5 provides two queen beds and a twin trundle. The playroom features a twin bunk bed, making it the perfect retreat for children. With a variety of sleeping arrangements and a TV in every room, Southern Oasis caters to every group’s needs.

Southern Charm has been carefully curated for outdoor living in style. Tucked under the shady trees sits the back patio, where an outdoor dining area, fire pit table, and grill await. String lights create the perfect evening ambiance, making it an ideal spot for alfresco dinners. Kids and furry friends can play games on the spacious lawn while parents watch over from the back deck. Cool off with a refreshing swim in the pool, which features a sun shelf with loungers, and soak up the sun on the poolside patio.

Home Truths:
- This home is located within a densely populated residential community. Guests are required to observe all local noise and parking regulations. No parties are allowed. Violations of these ordinances will result in significant financial penalties.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for $50/day and needs to be requested 24 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Please note that the pool heater is powered by both electric and gas.
- The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 people.
- The playroom is a bunk room located off the bonus room and features two custom-made beds (22x66, with removable rails and ladder), slightly smaller than standard twins, designed for children only.

Parking Details:
- Parking for 4 cars in the driveway.
- Please note there are strict parking rules. No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed.
- Any additional cars parked overnight will be towed at the guest's expense.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
