  • La spiaggia perfetta con 3 camere da letto scappa! Godetevi la piscina della comunità e campi da tennis mentre soggiornate in questo perfetto tre camere da letto, due bagni situati nella tranquilla comunità Beachside. Questa casa �� molto vicino alla piscina, campi da tennis e una facile passeggiata per la spiaggia. Cucina vanta controsoffitti in granito, con tavolo per la colazione in cucina. Lo spazio abitativo è una combinazione aperta sala da pranzo e soggiorno con sgabelli da bar lungo il bar della cucina. Il soggiorno si apre su un portico riparato con un'altra zona pranzo e poi su un solarium aperto con grill a gas. Questa è una pianta divisa con 2 camere da letto secondarie su un lato con un bagno in comune. Sul lato opposto della casa si trova la camera da letto principale con bagno privato che si apre sul porticato. WiFi, lettore Blue Ray, doccia esterna, solarium e veranda protetta. Griglia e biancheria incluse. Vietato Fumare. No animali.

Being able to walk 5 minutes to the beach made it perfect. Also, it was just a couple minute walk from the grocery store and restaurants. Easy to hop on the connector to Mt. Pleasant or Charleston. We definitely recommend it!

Love Isle of Palms

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfy and good space for our family. The walk to the beach is fine at about 8 min. The kitchen / baths were very dated and low end with fiberglass tubs and coil stove. The hardwood floors needed repairs (soft wood in places) and the decking was alarming in its state of repair. The beds were very uncomfortable across the board. Our kids even complained and they can sleep on the floor. The cost was very excessive for the state of the house in the off season. We have frequented many IOP properties as well as properties in the this neighborhood and we know we could have for the cost.
