'Pavilion Paradise' è una casa vacanza sul mare con 6 camere da letto e 6 bagni in Wild Dunes che offre viste panoramiche sulla spiaggia e sull'Oceano Atlantico! 16 Grand Pavilion si trova nel mezzo della comunità del Grand Pavilion, che è l'epicentro di Wild Dunes. Mentre sei a pochi passi dalla tua spiaggia in questa casa vacanze a Isle of Palms, le piscine Grand Pavilion, il famoso Boardwalk Inn, il Village Plaza, i campi da tennis e tutti i servizi di Wild Dunes, hai ancora il solitudine della tua casa privata. Con ponti e balconi ovunque, sei sopraffatto dalla bellezza della nostra costa meridionale.

Entrando in "Pavilion Paradise", sarete condotti nella grande sala espansiva con un intero muro di finestre e porte che si affacciano sull'oceano. Camminate sulla veranda riparata e godetevi il rumore del surf mentre vi rilassate sulle comode sedie del patio. Con il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina tutti aperti l'uno all'altro, l'intero gruppo può facilmente visitare insieme. La camera da letto di questo primo piano ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato.

Mentre salite la bella scala in legno massiccio al secondo piano, troverete 3 camere da letto aggiuntive, ciascuna con il proprio bagno e la televisione. La prima camera da letto dispone di un letto matrimoniale con tanto spazio per distendersi e godersi l'ambiente circostante. La seconda camera è arredata con gusto con 2 letti singoli. La terza camera è uno dei due grandi maestri con un letto king size e vista sull'oceano della splendida spiaggia Wild Dunes. Il bagno principale ha un sacco di spazio per 2 con doppi lavandini e luce luminosa in arrivo.

Salite le scale fino al terzo e ultimo livello dove ci sono altre due camere da letto. Uno dispone di un letto matrimoniale (e, naturalmente, il bagno privato.) La seconda camera da letto è l'altra camera da letto principale con letto king size, televisione, bagno privato e balcone con stupefacente vista a 180 gradi sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano!

Il "Pavilion Paradise" fornisce anche l'accesso ai servizi del resort con la Sports Card, incluso, ma non limitato, l'accesso al centro fitness (a pagamento), il tennis scontato e l'accesso a tutte le piscine gestite da Wild Dunes Resort.

The home was clean, kitchen and baths excellent the rest of the house needed some updates - especially the porches! Did not have hot water for two days as the propane tank was empty and we could smell the vapors. The garage door automatic opener did not work. For the amount of money we paid expected better!

Great. last minute find

Pavilion Paradise was a great last minute find after we had to shift our plans from visiting the NC mountains. Love the ease of access to the beach, fits a large group comfortably, and all of the logistics were easy. We also loved that there are 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds. The place wasn't super clean... mainly there were some dishes that were put up before we arrived that needed another wash and the washing machine itself was very musty and needs a deep clean. The house has tons of stairs. Not inherently a problem, just something to be aware of.

IOP Beach Week 2024

House was amazing and did not disappoint! Every year we visit IOP with family friends from CT and we come from SC. This year we sized up as we had more children visiting us! We loved all the balconies, the house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry supplies and beach towels, clean and we even got the grill cleaned and working!! The skies were sunny even though it rained every week before and hurricane debbey came the following week! Wish elevator worked bc we had one child with a foot cast, and one had shoulder surgery but they managed - loved the main floor bedroom option! Beach credit was great for bikes and beach supplies. We had a little hiccup with our golf cart, but Mike at Saltwater rides saved us! We love the proximity to the beach and golfing and love the town and look forward to visiting again! Thanks IOP and Wild Dunes!!

Great house and perfect location!!

This house was perfect for our group of ladies. Six bedrooms, each with a dedicated bathroom was fabulous. The location of the house could not have been better. Steps to the ocean but also so close to Wild Dunes amenities. We did beach and walked to pool for lunch. Management company was great to communicate with. Will definitely save this property for future visits!!

Annual beach trip

Perfect location for Thanksgiving feast

We had a lovely time with beach views from two of the five bedrooms. All was wonderful and fairly well stocked with equipment in the kitchen. Only problem was the garage door would not consistently open and so we got stuck with our cars in there a few times. Otherwise... PERFECT!

Spring Break with 2 families

We loved 16 Grand Pavillion! Our daughter is a freshman at CofC so the convenience of going back and forth to downtown Charleston was important. We were 2 families in the house and the space was perfect. There was plenty of room for privacy and when we wantd to be together there was plenty of dining and seating available. Being able to walk right to the beach was key as well. Also being able to walk the property to the different hotel restaurants and little shops were great. The beach gear delivery was HUGE!!!!! And there were plenty of beach towels to borrow by the boardwalk pool The property seemed to have just put down new carpeting which was nice. There was some mold around the AC vent in the 2nd floor master bedroom . The clothes dryer did not work great. The boardwalk pool has 2 pools and one was closed for renovations which was definitely annoying since it was spring break and the property was crowded. About 3 miles away there was a Harris Teeter for food shopping, restaurants, liquor stores, etc. All in all we CAN NOT WAIT TO GET BACK!

Fun long weekend getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend with family and friends here. The layout is perfect for a large group and the location is just wonderful beachfront with a yard for games etc and easy walk to pool and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

SC International Freight Conference

This property was perfect for the SC International Trade Conference. The house is beautiful and close to everything. The view of the beach made it feel like we were on a vacation even though we were there for a work event.

Great vacation home and loved location.

Beautiful home in a great location. It worked great for our family. I would definitely rent it again. It was obvious improvements are being made where needed. However, the carpet need to be deep cleaned or replaced.

Great beachfront property

This was a perfect location on the beach and very close to the swimming pool. We enjoy walks on the beach and the walking paths, and we took our granddaughter to the playground. It was nice to have private bathrooms for each bedroom. There are new window treatments. The toaster only worked on one side, which was disappointing with a big group. We did not use other small appliances. There is a reclining chair that probably needs adjusted, since it reclines back too far. Otherwise all over the furniture was very comfortable. It was a fantastic house for our family to enjoy some time away.

Great location, perfect for families

We had a great time. House was well stocked and kitchen was great. 2 suggestions. Need better blinds in all the rooms. There are skylights that literally shine right in. And the front rooms the neighbors can see in. Would have preferred chairs delivered to the beach instead of ones we had to bring out each day. But the location was ideal! We had a great time. Everyone had their own space and it was close to both hotels which had a ton going on.

Looks better in the pictures

This property has a great locations and a wonderful floor plan. Rooms are large, each having an attached bathroom. Living space is large. It just looks like the owners haven’t kept it up over the years. Bathrooms are super dated and just dirty looking. The downstairs bathroom literally has a hole in the floor next to the toilet. Master bedroom blinds were falling off the windows and lack of window treatments made it difficult to sleep after sunrise especially in the room with a skylight directly above the bed. I know renting property is a headache dealing with the wear and tear but it’s what happens and you have to keep up with it for renters to want to come back. Hopefully, the owners will realize that they need to update the property or just take it off as a rental.
