Sunny and Bright describes this beautiful beach home located on the beautiful Isle of Palms. Welcome to the beach! Located just 3 blocks from the beach with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home features a great screen porch with outdoor dining, an amazing open kitchen with oversized center island and large dining table. Living room is spacious and open with a large screen TV. The Master bedroom is on the main floor with a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks and large walk-in closet. Of the remaining bedrooms, there is a second bedroom on the main floor with 2 additional bedrooms upstairs.

Home Features and Notes: Screen porch, Outdoor Shower, 3 TVs (living room, and 2 of the 4 bedrooms - all are smart televisions). This is a raised home with parking available under the house. Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor.

The home was clean and within walking distance to the beach. We were traveling with 3 generations of family including an infant & toddler. Unfortunately there were no beach toys, no portable crib, or high chair. We ate the majority of the meals there & noted that the kitchen supplies were very sparse. We flew in from 2 different states so we were unable to bring all the baby items and the kitchen supplies needed. I also found it odd that there was a washer/dryer but no laundry detergent available. We enjoyed our time at the home but having some of these items available would have made for an even better stay.

Excellent long weekend stay!

Our group had a fantastic stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and common area was comfortable. Loved the screened in front porch! Property manager allowed us to check in early which was an added bonus!

Amazing home

Home was beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. Just a ~5 minute walk to the beach and a ~5 minute walk to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was great too. I'd say the only downsize were the 2 beds that were not the king sized ones. The other 2 were uncomfortable and that's hard because you feel bad when you wake up.

Very good location within walking distance of beach. House was clean, well equipped and with excellent parking room for our 3 cars. Island Realty promptly answered our calls and responded to a complaint about no television access which was quickly fixed with a repair call. Would rent again.

Great House Great Location!

Our group had the best weekend and staying at this property played a major role in that! The location is perfect, with a direct walk to the beach and ease getting to and from the downtown Charleston area via Uber. We LOVED our morning coffees on the screened in porch! Definitely recommend!

You will love this house, the only issue is the A/C is not cold enough on full summer , sleeping on the 1st floor bedrooms is not pleasant at all… Besides that, is a very nice property to stay

The location is great and the property was clean and well furnished. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and the house was more than spacious. Beach access was less than a 10 Minute walk away. We loved it!

Property Management company lacking

The property was ok for a short stay. Unfortunately the property management company employee I checked in with was rude and condescending. I had rented 3 properties over the weekend and only had issues with this company. I will not rent ANY property that is managed by this group.

Great Fall Getaway

Three couples met here for a wedding event but decided to make it a week long getaway, and boy did this house fit all of our needs and made our week so enjoyable. Love the neighborhood feel in elegance of Isle of Palms, 7 minute walk to the beach and close to marina with a great shop and great breakfast spot. Close for afternoon sight seeing in Charleston. The House was clean and laid out perfectly for our group. We love to cook so we spent alot of time in the spacious and roomy kitchen, love the big island and big round table was perfect for card playing at night! Living room seating was super comfy for Monday Night Football and the best spot in the house was the screened in front porch, coffee in the morning, wine for happy hour and late night chats while seeing coyotes and deer walk thru the neighborhood late at night!! We fell in love with this area and plan on coming back and would definitely stay in this home again!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home to us!!!

Lots of space. All beds were very comfortable

We had a reunion of 6 adults. We spent most of the time on the large screened in porch. It was so comfortable. We made several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights in this home.
