Situato a The Ocean Inn sull'isola di Palms, questo condominio al piano superiore con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno è il luogo ideale per una famiglia che vuole avere una vera fuga. Una delle migliori qualità di questo condominio è che è al piano di sopra che offre una fantastica luce e vista. È situato ad un angolo perfetto per vedere i nostri meravigliosi tramonti "lowcountry". Decor in tutto l'appartamento è luminoso, "beachy", divertente e informale. Questo è un posto dove puoi davvero rilassarti.

La zona giorno ha una grande TV con cavo Comcast. Wi-Fi è anche incluso. Fuori dalla finestra potrai vedere la piscina, leggermente oscurata dalle palme e dagli arbusti a bordo piscina. Lasciate che i ragazzi si divertano a bordo piscina mentre i genitori si rilassano nell'aria condizionata.

Si tratta di un'unità su due livelli con cucina, camera da letto e bagno tutti elevati a pochi passi dalla zona giorno. È in questo modo a causa della natura storica dell'edificio originale e delle aggiunte fatte negli anni '70. Si pensa che l'edificio originale fosse una vecchia fermata del tram con camere in affitto, situate altrove sull'isola e trasferite qui per creare l'Inn. Sappiamo, dalle planimetrie originali dell'edificio, che la planimetria originale sembrava quasi nulla come ora. Così, piccole camere da letto e scale in luoghi che non ci si aspetterebbe ma un sacco di carattere!

Sui gradini dallo spazio abitativo, la cucina completa ha nuovi ripiani in granito e un tavolo per godersi le cene in famiglia. Se vuoi cucinare, ci sono un sacco di pentole e utensili per farlo. C'è un frigorifero pieno, un sacco di piatti e bevande-ware.

Le camere da letto, anche se di piccole dimensioni, hanno ciascuna un comodo letto matrimoniale, un comodino e un'illuminazione da comodino. C'è anche un piccolo armadio.

Il bagno ha una combinazione di vasca e doccia e c'è anche un nuovo banco in granito e un nuovo lavandino.

We had a great stay. The residence was in an ideal location, and parking was ample. The only complaint we had was that there was no pizza cutter in the kitchen. Lol. I’d say that we would definitely stay here again!

This unit was very clean and comfortable, and the manager has thought of everything to make the stay seamless! She included many special touches to make us feel very welcome! The short walk to the beach was a big plus too. Very nice rental!

I was traveling with my 3 children for a Charleston vacation. My kids are ages 15, 14 and 5. I have learned that we fare better with access to a kitchen and have separate spaces. This was the perfect amount of space for us. I wish I could say we took advantage of all the amenities the property offered, but by a weird fluke, the weather was not cooperative. However, it was a perfect stay because anything we wanted to do was within a 30 minute or less drive! My best friend was about 30 minutes north…. Charleston 20 minutes, a few of the plantation/gardens were right at 30 minutes. The beach was a very quick and easy walk with many restaurants and snack places all around. This unit doesn’t have much of a view, but we were busy being out and about! The unit was clean and I loved the added luggage racks in both closets. I also liked the fact that there was a laundry basket in the unit.

We had a lovely stay the week of the 4th of July at this condo. It was cute and homey and convenient to everything. We would definitely stay again! I would also like to add the grounds are immaculate and the condo was very clean and quiet!

The beach access is absolutely the primary perk of the spot. Loved walking both to the beach and to the local restaurants. You could easily park here and not leave which (I imagine) would be a benefit during a busy season. We were there on the off season so it wasn’t an issue. The steps in the unit were not an issue for us and the living room is nice, bright, and airy. I will say, the porch view is not desirable, but the property is very well maintained and a nice view exists on the other side of the property. I would return… the sunrise views from the beach are awesome.

Everything was as described. Cozy, clean condo within very easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. We would stay there again but would ask for a condo on the front side facing the ocean.

This place was SO great. A 5 minute (usually less) walk from everything you could possibly need including the beach, pool, grocery, gas, coffee, amazing seafood/pizza/ice cream. The condo itself was adorable, clean and just the right size for me, my two kids and their grandmother. It has literally everything included in the property except food but the kitchen was very well stocked. Our unit didn’t have a dishwasher which was my only criticism because when you have little kids you blow through some dishes—but that was such a small sacrifice for everything else contained within the experience. They provided toys/games/books and even had a small collection of community beach and pool toys provided. The little beach cart that was provided was a huge convenience and there is even a little sand rinsing station next to the pool gate which we made use of multiple times daily. I can’t tell you how much we loved our stay and will be back! Communication with Beth the property manager was crystal clear and she was readily accessible at all times for any needs.

Ocean Inn is exactly what our family needed. The Inn was relaxing and well maintained both interior and exteriorly. The kitchen essentials were the best. We did not want for anything. The condo was very well stocked.The location was convenient to the beach and restaurants and also Including of course our nightly ice cream runs to Ben & Jerry’s.

This was our visit to IOP and we found this to be a great place to stay for our 6 day trip. Very close to shops, restaurants and - most importantly - the beach. The place was just the right size for our family (kids aged 5 and 7, our dog, and 2 adults) and the property had everything we needed for our stay. Actually, it had even more than we were expecting! We didn’t need to use our own supply of TP, garbage bags, cooking spray, or dish soap because there were plenty available. The property manager Beth was super friendly and helpful, and provided excellent pre-arrival instructions. We would stay here again if we find ourselves back in IOP.

We wanted somewhere inexpensive. Nice little condo for the three of us. Dont think I would want to have any more people than that. Only thing we didnt know is the washer/dryer is not in the condo. Its in the grounds. It was close by though. Bit of a pain as had to her quarters and only two washers and two dryers so had to keep going over to try and snag on. Lovely and close to beach

The condo was exactly as advertised, and a short block from the beach. Ms Crunelle was great with communication, even calling me once to answer some questions I had about the area’s response to covid-19. The place was also quiet, which we appreciated. We will return!
