ASSOLUTA OCEANFRONT casa di tre piani con una splendida vista panoramica. Primo piano dispone di soggiorno, sala da pranzo e la cucina che si aprono ad una veranda coperta con vista sull'oceano. Cucina ������� viking stufa e sotto zero frigorifero / congelatore. Vi ����� una camera da letto e bagno completo anche su questo piano. Al secondo piano ha la master suite con vasca idromassaggio w / vista mare e doppi lavandini. Questa suite dispone di un salotto con finestre panoramiche per una splendida vista di Sunrise. Ci sono altre due camere da letto su questo piano con un bagno in comune. L'ultimo piano dispone di una camera, bagno completo e sala giochi con TV a schermo piatto e digitale via cavo, tavolo da biliardo e divano letto e angolo bar con ponte aperto. WiFi e 9 TV. Lavatrice, asciugatrice, grill a gas e biancheria inclusi. servizio di telefonia cellulare è limitata in alcune zone della Wild Dunes. Vietato fumare. No animali. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here with 10 family members. If you require a home that is perfect in every way, this isn't it. But if you are fine with a huge home right on the beach with everything you need and at a great price, this IS IT! We had a couple of issues that Island Realty handled promptly. Everything in the master bath worked fine. The porch furniture is fine. The decor is dated, but you're in a lovely home on the beach. We would definitely rent this home again. If you have any problems, contact Island Realty immediately. They will resolve your issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very dissatified wiyh everthing im disableed and was misled about elevator the house was very dirty and had mold even dishes and silverware pots and pans were dirty Island Realty should have higher standards and the owner needs to do major work on the house its been 20 years since i went on vacation and it was miserable no ice maker very poor for amount paid very disatisfied with stay condition of house and televisions were very dated and others didnt work this house was not the quality for WILD DUNES

Reviewer Comments: We were switched to this property after our first rental day was botched elsewhere. Views are breathtaking and you can hear the waves 24x7. Decor is formal and dated, but loads of room with a bonus pool table on the top floor.I miss it already!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this property was miserable! The place was filthy and disgusting, we really didn't want to touch anything. The security system beeped several times every 2-3 minutes, from the time that we walked in until we left one week later, it was clearly heard throughout the house, giving us very little rest or sleep. The furnishings were outdated, possibly trying to look like antiques, but they weren't. The kitchen lights would not shut off. Only one of the televisions is a flat screen, all of the other ones are very old and wouldn't cost much to replace. All of our complaints were reported to the rental agency on the day after our arrival, a maintenance man was sent out, he was very nice, but he couldn't understand English very well. We have been renting beach homes for many years and this was by far our worst experience. The owners should be ashamed, as should your agency for representing this property. We should have been given some sort of refund for what we went through.
