The screened porch overlooks the pool and beach, and provides easy access- leaving you just steps away from a walk on the beach, or a dip in the outdoor community pool. Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and guests will continue to have access to the beach throughout the project. For the latest updates from the city please visit

** During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

--LAYOUT--

Ground level Parking is uncovered in shared Tidewater community lot. Wild Dunes only permits two car passes for your stay.
Stairs or ramp provides access to elevated first floor breezeway of the condo building. This condo is on the first floor of Building I, and the living space is all one level.
