  • Nascosta sotto vecchie querce situate su un terreno di circa un ettaro, questa casa affascinante è a dir poco un rifugio costiero. All'interno troverete decorazioni costiere in questa casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Questa casa dispone di combinazione cucina / soggiorno con una cucina abitabile, sgabelli da bar intorno al centro dell'isola e grande TV a schermo piatto. La cucina è dotata di ripiani in quarzo rivestiti in pelle con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.

    Al piano principale (2 �� piano) troverete 2 ampie camere da letto: una camera matrimoniale (letto matrimoniale) con bagno privato con doccia sovradimensionata e una seconda camera da letto che si apre su una veranda protetta. Questa seconda camera da letto utilizza un bagno completo in comune situato nel corridoio principale.

    Guardando al livello più basso (1 ° piano) troverete un'altra zona per l'intrattenimento con grande TV a schermo piatto, divano letto e accesso a un altro proiettato nel portico. Il livello inferiore vanta 2 camere da letto da 6 a 8 persone. Una camera da letto con una serie di letti a castello e la seconda con un letto matrimoniale. Questo piano comprende anche un bagno completo con doccia e una lavanderia separata.

    All'esterno c'è una doccia esterna di grandi dimensioni. Nella parte posteriore della proprietà c'è un ponte pedonale privato che collega la proprietà al centro commerciale Island Center (negozio di alimentari Harris Teeter) e un facile accesso a Palm Boulevard. Gli ospiti del Crossing Palm Blvd possono raggiungere a piedi l'IOP County-Beachfront Park con passerella e parco giochi per bambini.

Very happy with our stay, it was in a great location close to the beach and right behind Harris Teeter, you can actually cut through the backyard right to HT, we also rented a golf cart for easier parking and to have some fun, overall had a great time, thanks

This home fit the bill. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was close to town with the added convenience of a Harris Teeter grocery store behind the home over a little bridge. It was also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We had a fabulous time and would definitely choose this beautiful home again.

We did drive to the beach as it was a little far to pull coolers, etc. But we were able to park at the park and have access to bathrooms! We will most definitely stay here again! We were in Charleston for my son's Citadel graduation and the back patio was perfect for an outdoor family dinner celebration the night before. The house feels so secluded and private, and the ability to walk through the back gate to the Harris Teeter was so convenient. There is ample parking which is a huge plus on the island. Always very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small open floor plan cottage is nicely tucked under the trees in an older neighborhood. Cute renovations, great yard, and parking area. Perhaps typical, but screened porches, stairs, and railings have a lot of mildew. Walk to the Harris Teeter is super convenient, though very littered on the other side. Quick to the beach and restaurants. Outside is rather noisy since it's close to the connector bridge. Upstairs bath sink stoppers don't keep sinks filled, shower drain in primary bath needs repair,its broken stonework is missing a real drain cover. Though it was sufficiently cold, the refrigerator control panel is broken. The kitchen needs more spoons, hot pads, cookie sheets, a hand mixer, storage containers, and larger mixing bowls. A few wall hooks in the baths and bedrooms would be handy. Beds were extremely soft. Adding a chair in the bedrooms would be nice. Door locks need lubrication.

The Harris Teeter grocery is literally right behind the house but you can’t see it for all the lovely landscaping. You will also find some great restaurants in the little shopping center with Harris Teeter. We had one maintenance problem and someone was there within half an hour to check it out and fix it. Wish I had that kind of service at home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took a family trip here with eight people and the house was very comfortable and well situated. It was Fourth of July weekend so it was very crowded on the public beach but it’s very easy to walk to the beach or to drive down to one of the many other access points on the island. It was very handy to be able to walk to the grocery store in one minute as it backs up to the property. The house was modern and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay very much. They did advertise a wagon to help carry your gear to the beach but the wagon seemed to be missing while we were there, so hopefully someone finds it or they get a new one because that would be helpful.

This is the one!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just returned from the beach with my husband and 2 other couples. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed In this house. The first time was with my husband, my kids and grandkids. We loved it then and wanted to come back. The location is perfect. A walk through the backyard, over a little wooden bridge and you’re at the shopping center with the grocery store and restaurants. Cross the street and down the block and you’re at the public beach access or turn right and you’re downtown. A 5 minute walk from everything. There’s so many spaces in the house for everyone to spread out, with the living room up and down and 4 porches to sit in. There is no dining room but the downstairs screened in porch has a table big enough for everyone. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and there was plenty of bedding. We were provided with plenty of bath towels. A few extra kitchen towels would be nice. The couple that slept in the downstairs queen room noticed they could hear walking around from the master directly above them so light sleepers beware. The coffee machine uses K-cups so do your shopping accordingly. A Mr. Coffee would’ve been nice so be able to make a full pot but it wasn’t really an issue. When planning our next trip to this area we will definitely be checking to see if this house is available again. The management company is amazing! I loved that we got email communication regularly throughout our entire stay with tips to help plan our vacation and reminders of how everything works and to find what we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The house layout is perfect to accommodate big groups, having two floors was so nice and really separated us even without having to book a huge house. The Backyard is magical, we were able to have a bonfire and cook s’mores so easily. What made this house a dream is location. You run out of sugar or milk you walk into your backyard and the market/liquor store is right there. We hope to be back soon! Thank you island realty for making our wedding perfect.
