The Marina has jet skis, kayak, paddle board and boat rentals and a convenient market where you can pick up essentials, souvenirs, beer, wine or fishing gear.
IOP is a unique barrier island with a very relaxed beach town vibe yet it's a very short distance to upscale shopping and restaurants in Mount Pleasant (10 minutes away) and all the charm, history, shopping and restaurants that Charleston has to offer (25 minutes away). The house has plenty of room for your entire family to spread out or gather together. Enter through the front door or the garage to a large open- concept kitchen, dining and living space. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with quality knives, utensils, pots and pans and bakeware. The fresh remodel included new cabinet fronts, stunning blue-wave design quartz counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. The long counter seats five comfortably, with additional seating at the dining table for eight. The living room furniture is all brand new and lays out comfortably in front of a 65" smart TV.
This large space opens out to a beautiful screened in porch with an amazing180 degrees of golf course view. It has a comfortable cushioned couch and lounger to sit and sip coffee, read, watch the golfers or enjoy an after-dinner drink.. The other side is set up with a comfortable bar height table for four. This main level has one large bedroom with a beautiful glass walk-in shower bathroom and a workspace with a wireless printer/scanner.
The upstairs has three large bedrooms with all brand new beds, bedding and furnishings, two renovated bathrooms and a large sun deck to hang out and sun tan. The master suit has a king bed and pull-out twin sleeper oversize chair. The amazing bath has a glass walk in shower and separate vanities with new quartz tops and new fixtures. This room has a 55" smart TV and opens to the sun deck.
The other two large rooms are Jack and Jill and both have a 42" smart TVs. One room is set up with bunkbeds configured as two twins and one full. The other large room has a four-post queen bed and a private balcony. The bath is a newly remodeled dual sink vanity with quartz counter top and new fixtures with tub and glass shower doors.
In addition to the beautiful living space, screened porch and sun decks there is an amazing patio area on the ground level which has very comfortable sofa furniture, bar, 55" smart TV, Traeger grill and gas fire pit with four Adirondack chairs for day time or night time enjoyment. In the garage is a 4-seater golf cart (available for licensed drivers only), 5 beach bikes, beach gear (chairs and umbrellas) 2 paddle boards, ping pong table and games for all ages.
