“We had to bring in our own big blanket only a sheet on the bed but other than that we love our stay and will recommend and stay again. It is very convenient besides all the construction but not hotels fault for that.”

“It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote”

“They were super nice and switched me rooms because the first one smelt very strongly of smoke. Bed was comfy. Definitely not the cleanest and could use some maintenance but for $40 I didn’t expect much. Good for price!”

“Todo estuvo exelente, volveré otra vez , estuvimos dos noches, y estaba todo limpio, lo que me gusto mucho , que nunca lo había visto en un hotel fue ,que tenían , shampoo y acondicionador, crema , jabón para manos, jabón para cuerpo, pero en grande , suficiente para semanas, me agrado,,,, lo único que no me gustó mucho, fue la persona en la recepción, tal vez tuvo un mal día, pero fuera de eso todo exelente 💯”

“Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I didn't even sleep because they put me in a room with someone already In it. Told him he had to leave didn't clean it didn't change linens toilet seat was broke. It had an awful smell to it. I would like to be compensated for this horrible experience. I usually would t say something like that but I've never had an experience like that either. Absolutely atrocious.”

“10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in San Antonio. The staff and service were nice and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with a late check-in. The room was very clean and spacious. We had no problem getting our deposit back. The water pressure was really good and the AC was immaculate. Everything was perfect!”

“The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly.”

“Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.”
