“When we arrived our reservation was already taken and we didn't have a place to stay, so staff offered apartments next to the property and breakfast instead. We paid and reserved and didn't know what to do, because we got the reservation number and they couldn't find it. “It’s a nice hotel, but not suitable for Families with small kids/toddler.
Lots of steps, very small rooms, load music the whole night, sun beds at the pool all reserved, big sun beds at the pool 60€ per day, no area for kids (playground, grass or similar). And last but not least this part of Ulcinj is not very nice (dirty beach, weird smell, a lot of garbage, party, lots of tourism). We left two days earlier. Hotel staff was not understandable and reacted very unprofessional.
