“You get what you pay for. Bathroom was tiny. Floors dusty, bed gave me a sore back. But fine outside of that.”

“For the price it was, it was exactly what i expected. everything was kind of clean for the most part BUT, there were hairs on the pillows and bed. Miscellaneous spots on the sheets and on the shower curtain. The bathroom sink hot water nob was completely broke. I turned it on and it fell off.. it seems they just throw it back on and call it a day. some of the “ clean “ towels had spots on them, only a few not all. Overall, our stay was a 5/10. Beach is close and so is food spots that’s a plus....

“Me and my family enjoy apt101 but what would have made it better is if the air conditioning was all over. It was hot in the rooms. But over all I like it there this is my second stay with y’all. I’ll be there again maybe a board walk view. Service and staff was nice and helpful when needed”

“Staying in a refurbished Lighthouse was unique experience. The rooms are essentially pie shaped with an inviting beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 6 full sized pillows. Our fridge was stocked every morning with fruit, OJ, complimentary muffins, and yogurt. There were also various beverages and water. There was a keurig in the room as well as at the coffee bar in the Common room. Outside the Common room is a long porch which faced the bay, and was wonderful to relax...

It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. “I think everything was great. My only complaint is that there was a weird loud noise that would come from the air conditioner when it would kick on. Otherwise, it definitely worked. Everything was very clean. The staff (and I mean every single person I came in contact with) was so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!!!”

“It was horrible I checked in at 4pm . It looked nothing like it did online the room smells. The pool was tiny , the view was not ocean view it was parking lot view. It was absolutely disgusting. I went to the front desk at 6pm and checked out. The manager was called by the new employee that just started. She wanted to talk to me on the phone. As that is not how you conduct business. She advised I cannot be refunded. The hotel was disgusting. Also 2 young ladies were sitting in the lobby...
