“The stay here was perfect. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The rooms are very spacious and welcoming. Having the balcony that overlooks the water was very peaceful. All the staff were very kind, helpful and nice. The stocked refrigerator was an added bonus. The cookies they put out each night was an added bonus. “Everything was absolutely amazing except for the gentleman who I guess was supposed to be the lifeguard. Who sat there with sunglasses on all black shirt and all black jeans and constantly made my children feel uncomfortable because every little thing they did, he kept on saying something to them, so I pulled up the person who was in charge and spoke to him about it. because I am not going to let my children do something they shouldn’t do but every time they got in the pool or even went near the...

“The room was clean and parking was great. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with them being short-staffed during our stay so we had difficulty securing bedding for the pull out couch as well as enough towels and wash cloths for our large party. “ On June 22, 2026 i Barbara Barrett Harris and husband rented a hotel stay at the Majestic at ocean city Md our complaint are as follows: First they tried to give me the wrong room this room you barely could walk around between the bed and wall we expained that i use a walker that why i payed for the larger room. Next the laundry the towel were hung up with yellow and green chemical stain another towel to replace the chemical stain towel had several dirty stain on it. The refrige did not work...
