“Quite place with great location in the middle of Midland. Hotel needs renovation. Curtains in the room have holes, unpleasant smell. Fridge didn't work properly. Hot tube was closed, shower curtain near the pool was too short and a drain didn't work properly to prevent running water around the pool (safety issue). Surprisingly great breakfast and coffee.”

“Bed was ok, but not the same quality of mattress we have enjoyed at other times.”

“Hosts were polite and kind. Breakfast was very good! Great location! Short walk to town and to the water was very nice. The room wasn't as clean as we would like. The one chair (antique) although period to the house, was not sturdy and therefore not usable. Did not like the shared bathroom. Also, bathtub could have been cleaner and better appointed.”
