“The property is under renovation. We stayed in a renovated room and it was lovely - 5 stars! Staff was friendly and very accommodating - 5 stars. The outdoor pool and hot tub were well maintained - 5 stars. Parking is underground, and at the moment, a bit congested due to the reno.”

“Our family enjoyed our stay here. Our 2 bedroom condo was spacious enough for 5 us. It was a 7 to 10 mins walk to the village. ”

“Placed suited our needs. The unit we were assigned is definitely due for some upgrading. I know some units were staged and updated within the complex, the place we had needs some money reinvested into it. ”

“The room was fine; however, the property is 'sketchy'. I can only hope that properties like Shenstone can improve and offer medium priced accomodation in an area that badly needs it. With non-refunable reservations, I gave up my $$, to stay in a place that was cleaner.”

“Apart from construction going on the room was great. Newly renovated and quiet except for one morning when a grinder or sander was used too early in the morning. Anyway staff are great and room excellent.”

“The room was very nice - large and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. We had a lovely continental breakfast in the morning and were able to sit in the dining room overlooking the bay. Staff was excellent. My only concern was with poor lighting in the parking lot and I did pass that along in the morning. We came in later in the evening and it was very difficult to see where we were walking. Probably not an issue in the busy season when the restaurant is open and people are out...
