“Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down.”

“227 Snowbridge is a bright, open, spacious and sun-filled home. It was very clean. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay at the property again. Close to the village and other attractions. We loved that it was in a quiet community, geared toward families (not much noise). We slept so well. Beds are comfy. It had everything we could need. Check-in and check-out was easy with good communication. Great for families or small, respectful groups who value quiet and relaxation. It was safe....

“Our unit at Chateau Ridge Chalet was excellent!! Beautiful place very nice decor and clean. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Blue Mountain village. Close to the Scandinave Spa as well as Collingwood. Also, easy and fast communication with the owners. Highly recommend this piece. DH & GL”

“We recently stayed at this property and are giving it 2 stars. As soon as we entered, we noticed a large number of spider webs on both sides of the door, which was not a good first impression. The house also had a strong, unpleasant smell, and we had to use a lot of air freshener during our stay.
