“If i would have know they were going through Extensive renovations I would not have booked there. No breakfast, no gym and zero access to the back of the property where my room was. Had to walk slot to get to and from my vehicle. Most inconvenient stay I ever experienced and it could have been avoided with an honest heads up cuz of the renovations. “Nonsmoking roomed was disgusting. Smelled like an ashtray. They tried to downgrade our room and charge us more. When I said just refund my money he tried to put us in a room that had been painted the day before and reeked of paint. I called Expedia and they got my money back.”
