“You get what you pay for - a basic room. Check in was easy and the staff were nice. Cons were that the noise bleeds heavily from the road out front and the hallways. I couldn't turn off the porch light either and the light really comes through the blinds. There was also a spat between other patrons at about 1am (that can't really be blamed on the motel) but it was quite loud and kept me awake. “Always a wonderful stay. We stay for business multiple times a month. This is the best hotel in Owen sound. Staff is wonderful and the restaurant is the best”

“The room was great, clean and updated. Unfortunately the property was under renovations which affected the breakfast area and the spa/pool area. We didn’t know this until we checked in. Staff were apologetic and did their best under the circumstances. Bagged breakfasts were provided - nice touch. ”

“I didn't eat breakfast. But my daughter and i stay there often. The pillows are good. Plus the beds are comfortable. The rooms are always clean and stocked with soap and towels. .plus the big tvscare nice. The new chrome cast feature is great aswellm ”

“The room was very nice - large and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. We had a lovely continental breakfast in the morning and were able to sit in the dining room overlooking the bay. Staff was excellent. My only concern was with poor lighting in the parking lot and I did pass that along in the morning. We came in later in the evening and it was very difficult to see where we were walking. Probably not an issue in the busy season when the restaurant is open and people are out...
