Hotel a Flesherton

“Recently renovated with so many convenient upgrades in the room. Comfortable and clean. Well-situated. Friendly owner and staff.”

“The Staff, while trying to be helpful was not well trained and it took a very long time to get any resolution for our reservations that they could not fulfill as booked. Overall the place is old and run-down… maybe 3 stars… including the rooms.”

“Night staff needs to learn how to deal with people and not argue with them when they have general questions. such as why am I being charged an extra 15$ that wasn't mentioned on the reservation.. simple questions requure simple answers not rude and condescending ones. and after that experience and hauling all my stuff to the room upstairs, coincidentally, my room key didnt work and I had to track it all the way back down with all my stuff to request a new key. Coincidence... No, I don't think...

“A quiet little oasis escape in the city. Everything you needed was a short drive or walk from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help or offer suggestions and went above and beyond. Can’t wait to come back for another escape. ”

“Camera ampia, immacolata e arredata con gusto e stile. La presenza di un vero giradischi è stata un tocco in più! Letti ampi e comodi, per un sonno eccellente. L'area intorno è molto tranquilla e ci sono diversi cafè e ristoranti per pasti e colazioni. Lo staff cortese e disponibile. Ottima base per esplorare Collingwood e le Blue Mountains (a soli 15min di strada). Consigliatissimo!”

“ doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It’s a very old hotel, and the beds are not comfortable—they sink in the middle. The rooms smell bad, and the outdoor areas are completely run down. It’s very expensive for what it is. On top of that, when I arrived, there was a beeping sound from the fire alarm in the middle of the room, and I had to waste time waiting for someone to fix it. Also, the person who greeted me at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming at all”

“We had a great stay. We really enjoyed being right on the water. The town is fun and waking up to beautiful sunshine and sailboats right outside the door were a great treat. The hotel is quite dated but was very well kept and clean considering the age. Tge staff were very friendly as well. Our room had a full kitchen with: stove, oven, dishwasher and full size fridge.”
