“ツアーから帰って来てシャワーを浴び夕ご飯を食べて戻るとおやつとタオルが替えてあり大変気持ちよく使えました。ちょっと街からは離れていましたが、プールにビーチも眺められゆったりとした時間を味わえました。ありがとうございました。”

“Hotel vicino all’aeroporto, ho passato solo la notte prima del volo, struttura che ha bisogno di manutenzione, la piscina era molto sporca, l’unica cosa carina erano le camere”

“We did get the chance to get a beach view room. On our night we stayed in acroom just beside the water compressor whichvwas extremely loud. The air conditioning facial was not inserted properly and made loud shaking noise every time the compressor would kick in to cool the room. The room itself was good all things considered. Lsst but not least the people occupying the room above us were constantly moving some furniture which did not help our noisy situation. After complaining in the morning...

“Staff are very helpful and well maintain inside and clean.Wifi and Air-condition works well.Outside the building is bit busy Noisy but won't hear it from inside.”

“The place was not as upscale and updated as we expected from the photos. It could use a refresh of its rooms and decor but it was fine in terms of lodging. The staff though were very welcoming and helpful at the front desk and at the restaurant. Five stars for them. We were disappointed that there wasn’t much water access to the ocean as it was low tide during the day. This might be a seasonal issue so you might want to consider that. It was the beginning of April when we stayed.”

“Fantastico. Un piccolo boutique hotel dove potersi rilassare dopo le escursioni ad esplorare le bellezze di puerto Princesa. Massaggi divini e super economici, mi sento di consigliare il Balai signature. Le ragazze della reception sono sempre pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi bisogno e richiesta, offrono anche un servizio laundry express dove nel giro di poche ore fanno recapitare il tutto in hotel. Super consigliato, camere spaziose e ben arredate, silenziose, aria condizionata sempre funzionante....
