Cottage a Isola di Batu Kawan

“Well known hotel in Penang. Always good service Had a delicious dinner”

“Plenty of parking outside the hotel, toilet is clean and there is a washing machine in the hotel for clothes washing”

“The only problem is lately the air cond is not cold even though we have set the thermostat to 16°C. Please maintain the aircond units properly. Please don’t control the settings from your control room to 24°C. We have paid for the room and some of us love 16°C.”

“Ottimo appartamento con 2 bagni , pulito e comodo. Ottima la lavatrice in casa, parcheggio gratuito e colazione eccellente. Il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile ”

“Very close to a nearby mall for easy dining access.”

“Requests not fulfilled. Requested for water, not brought to me until chased up. Request for plastic bag not provided even though reception said someone would.”

“Breakfast very poor. And the hotel is located in a non developed area. Hard to walk. The beach was messy. How ever the rooms are really big and comfortable.”

“Our stay at the Qing Suites was so wonderful, we could not have asked for a better experience. The history of the building, as well as the Blue Mansion, is fascinating, and adds to the magic of the place. The room was superb - clean and comfortable, with a lovely private courtyard. The main courtyard, where a delicious breakfast was served, is stunning. The staff deserve a special mention - attentive, kind, and always cheerful, and made our stay extra special.”
