Hotel a Isola di Cape Breton

“This is my favourite place to stay but this time the room was dirty. Bed was hard. Too bad because i like to stay there. Loud trucks outside till 11pm and for woken up again around 5 am with the same trucks. Parking lot was very busy.”

“It's an older hotel right on a main street. The walls are thin so it was fairly loud in the morning with cars and trucks going by. People were smoking outside my room late at night and I could hear every word. It's basic but clean. Staff were very nice. Restaurant quality was a nice surprise. I would stay again but bring earplugs. ”

“A rustic hotel that is in a perfect location for visiting the area. We booked here because of the location. The check it was good and the people were friendly. They got us in quick, and gave us the information we needed about the area. For us the room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable, nothing sticking out or hard. The showers worked with no issues and gave us plenty of hot water. The restaurant was nice, the staff were very pleasant and the food was good. The only complaint I...

“The room was spacious and clean. The washroom was very clean. The check-in was seamless. We went in the winter so some of the property was suffering from winter deadfall but suspect in warmer months it is clean and the beach is welcoming.”

“This property is like sleeping like a museum - full of character and brings you back in time. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and every inch of space is thought out. Right by the main street, so conveniently located. Parking is ample. They even provided complimentary snacks (chocolate and sparkling soda) which was greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Are hosts were very nice. It was like staying at home and with family and the food was awesome and the entertainment and the cleanliness. Everything was just very very nice.”

“Access to a spectacular beach is a highlight of this property. These are nice self-catering cottages that include a BBQ. The working mini-lighthouse that marks the driveway is a nice touch, it helps find the way back at night.”

“The room is amazing, the beds are so cozy. The services provided were amazing. The housekeeper was so polite and helpful. The owner was amazing and remember us from last year. We will probably make this a winter tradition. Cant wait to try you guys out in the summer.”
