“The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered”

“Room super small and full of small insects, the worst part was the bathroom, there were no separation with the shower so every time we took shower all the bathroom was flooding. We asked for addition towel and they charged us. The second day they didn't even cleaned up the room. A/C right above the head of the bed and in not a good status so either there were 30 degree either 5. “Stay there 9 years ago and loved it and why we returned. Staff was awesome but property was not well maintained over the years. No AC in hallways, shower dribbled water bedding old and tired. Was disappointed they would not credit 1st night as plane issues prevented us from arriving and we had to pay for an addition night.
