“Very old that’s been through a refurbished style. It was OK but not my preference for a 2nd stay. ”

“Convenient location for walking downtown & across rd to beach. Beautiful tropical foliage & lighting on grounds. Delicious locally made bagels & toppings + yogurt for easy balcony breakfasts. Refreshing pool - hot tub area. Safe & non-noisy area. ”

“This is an old property that has been remoldeled well. However, it lacks some of the amenities of higher end hotels. Road noise was very loud. Nothing they can do about that. The property itself was clean and neat.”

“I came in on an early bus, and the staff was so lovely they let me check in 3 hours early without an extra charge. When I got to my room it was so clean I could have eaten off the floor. Everything was perfect. I would love to stay here next time I require accommodations in Venice. My rating is 12 out of 10, I'm beyond pleased with the experience.”

“A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

“For the price, it should have been clean. There was dust and dirt on furniture and areas that looked like they were simply never cleaned. I would not recommend or ever stay again. ”

“Einfache, aber saubere Unterkunft, gute Betten mit sauberem Bettzeug, Klimaanlage (alle) ziemlich laut, dafür konnte man auf beiden Seiten der Zimmer jeweils Fenster öffnen (mit Fliegengittern) und damit lüften”
