“望海酒店入住時印象差，證件看得在看翻了再翻不知道看什麼？終於看滿意了，還給我們了，又再要回去用他的手機拍。 這個酒店我給10分，除了入住的時候不滿意，concierge 的幾位年輕人主動提供的服務很重要，房屋的清潔也做得非常極好，這個在中國是少有的給5星，樓下的餐廳也很棒，晚餐的時候點心師傅出來打招呼特別推薦我們中午飲茶，這個是非常非常棒的酒店，下次還會選擇他入住”

“Very stylish elegant decor, spacious and thoughtful room design, spacious shower with bench and stand alone tub. The room and bathroom very in immaculate conditions and functional controls. Great views of the harbour and city. Very central location with lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel.”

“Check in again rather slow. Also massive queues for breakfast. Food good variety but many items ran our during peak times. The room and hotel were new, clean and well maintained. Tagged onto a mall with kids attraction which was great. Convenient to go to Chimelong which is 15mins taxi ride.”
