“Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone.”

“Overall it was a good stay. The room was great, with comfy bedding and good choice of hand-wash and shower gel. Breakfast portion was HUGE, so they even prepared bags for you to take away. Fresh and seasonal ingredients — especially the fruits, but honestly could have reduced by 1/3. The host was hospitable. IF you are outgoing and enjoy chatting with others, this will be perfect for you.”

“Everything was perfect, pretty good location if you don’t want to be too close to the city center, bus stop 6 minutes away from the hotel. Uber/taxi to the center is around 4-10€(depending where you’re going Jiaoxi, Wai’ao Beach etc) I would recommend and gladly come back !”

“The service at the hotel was impeccable from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and the staff took the time to walk us to our room, demonstrating the various features it offered. We loved the bathrobes and slippers provided, and we especially enjoyed the in-room hot spring in a huge bath tub. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of set meals to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

"Camera enorme, con un letto a tre piazze praticamente infinito (due persone potevano starci a braccia aperte toccandosi a malapena). Bagno semplicemente spettacolare. Personale impeccabile. La zona intorno, pur essendo l'hotel a ridosso di un'arteria stradale abbastanza grande, non è affatto rumorosa, anzi è una zona residenziale dai ritmi rilassanti e piena di caffetterie e ristoranti interessantissimi da scoprire. È stata una base eccellente per visitare la città."
