“great location and great staff”

“Inaccurate description: no balcony as listed, drapery torned and ripped , partial lights bulbs burn out, refrigerator not cold enough. Asked the host to change room but not successful.”

“Location of the property was great! The property definitely cannot host 5+ people, we had 3 and one had to sleep on the couch (not even a pullout). Kitchen lacked basic necessities like plates, cups, and cutting boards but we made do. Also, there is no luggage store for after check out which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall the apartment did the job, but could have been an amazing stay if some small improvements were made.”

“Very busy & noisy. Very difficult getting up/ down lifts. Poor shower water pressure. Bugs in the bathroom & kitchen so substandard cleaning. Hard mattress. Not as good as it appears in the pictures.”
