“The resort and its beach are great, behind the corner from ugly Nha Thrang (which however offers many restaurants that can be easily reached with the free boat shuttle service of the hotel). What is incredible is that in a 5 star resort of this kind, some of the staff is so unprofessional and often almost rude (starting from the hotel manager). The owners should definitely do something about that. ”

“The room was nice. Clean, large, beautiful ocean view. The hallway and the carpet from the elevator to the room not so nice. Badly stained and as it is a condo/hotel - the smells from cooking food - not so great. The breakfast, lobby, the location were fabulous. The private beach was shut down due to the typhoon- not the hotels fault. The staff friendly. The overall experience was great.”
