“The resort and its beach are great, behind the corner from ugly Nha Thrang (which however offers many restaurants that can be easily reached with the free boat shuttle service of the hotel). What is incredible is that in a 5 star resort of this kind, some of the staff is so unprofessional and often almost rude (starting from the hotel manager). The owners should definitely do something about that. ”

“Excellent séjour ! De l'arrivée au depart tout s'est déroulé à la perfection. L'ensemble du personnel est adorable, les repas étaient très bons. L'endroit est paradisiaque, au sein de la nature et au calme. La chambre est super confortable. Binh notre butler était fort sympathique et très reactif. Je conseille le massage vietnamien au spa qui était fabuleux. Le rapport qualite prix est excellent et c'est très dur de repartir à la fin. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel d'avoir rendu ce sejour...

Staff volenteroso ma con scarsa formazione e limitatissima consocenza della lingua inglese. Prima colazione a buffet apparentemente abbondante ma in verita' quasi tutto orientato si gusti asiatici (zuppe varie, pesce secco e grigliato, lasagne!!!!!!) mente era impossibile avere della marmellata. “Se si cerca una vacanza di relax è il posto ideale. È direttamente su una spiaggia tropicale. Nel nostro pacchetto erano previsti un trattamento alla spa a testa. Camera grande e grazie all’upgrade abbiamo avuto una villa con piscina. Si può praticare yoga e tai chi tutti i giorni. Ristorazione ok. ”
