Personale incompetente e incapace di comunicare se non in vietnamita.Totale mancanza di elasticità verso qualsiasi richiesta del cliente.ristorante monotono e di scarsa qualità. “The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

“Il resort è davvero bello anche se è inutile prenotare camera con giardino perchè poi ti rifilano quella con il balcone. Unico problema è la lontanza dal centro che tuttavia si può superare utilizzando il loro free shuttle. ristoranti interni decisamente costosi rispetto gli standard vietnamiti. ti senti un po' agli arresti domiciliari!”

Housekeeping...is a shame....
Bedsheets are torn, and and washed out with yellow and rust or blood stain.
Towels are old, washed out as well....
Pumps was broken on a soap bottles.
Exposed wires on a hair dryer, when I asked to change it due to safety reason, they brought it exactly the same, with exported wires, they did not even understand what was wrong with it...
Plastic bath curtain was dirty and moldy, noone cleaned...

“Excellent séjour ! De l'arrivée au depart tout s'est déroulé à la perfection. L'ensemble du personnel est adorable, les repas étaient très bons. L'endroit est paradisiaque, au sein de la nature et au calme. La chambre est super confortable. Binh notre butler était fort sympathique et très reactif. Je conseille le massage vietnamien au spa qui était fabuleux. Le rapport qualite prix est excellent et c'est très dur de repartir à la fin. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel d'avoir rendu ce sejour...
