“Camera assegnata all'arrivo non corrispondente a quella prenottata. Tipologia inferiore e lontanto dalla spiaggia. Lunghe e animate discussioni per avere quanto gia' regolarmente pagato. Staff volenteroso ma con scarsa formazione e limitatissima consocenza della lingua inglese. Prima colazione a buffet apparentemente abbondante ma in verita' quasi tutto orientato si gusti asiatici (zuppe varie, pesce secco e grigliato, lasagne!!!!!!) mente era impossibile avere della marmellata. “We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in Vinoearl Discovery 2. Enjoyed it and it was very nice. The air condition seemed to be set so it could not be lowered under 26c. This felt a bit a hot at night time. This should be changed. The restaurant was busy so it was hard to get access to the BBQ food.”
