“Camera assegnata all'arrivo non corrispondente a quella prenottata. Tipologia inferiore e lontanto dalla spiaggia. Lunghe e animate discussioni per avere quanto gia' regolarmente pagato. Staff volenteroso ma con scarsa formazione e limitatissima consocenza della lingua inglese. Prima colazione a buffet apparentemente abbondante ma in verita' quasi tutto orientato si gusti asiatici (zuppe varie, pesce secco e grigliato, lasagne!!!!!!) mente era impossibile avere della marmellata. It's right across the road of the most beatiful beach in Nha Trang (north beach), far away from noisy city's center. Hotel's amenities are new and the staff is very friendly.
