The property itself is ideally situated with LK Metro and Soi Bukao approx. 3 - 5 minutes walk behind the property with lots of bars, restaurants and Live music. You are also right on Second Row where you can jump on a bart bus round to Walking street, beach road and the assortment of bars, restaurants and all that goes on there. “One thing I wish was made more apparent was that this is a condominium experience not a Hotel experience. Meaning any cleaning will have to be done by yourself which wouldn't be a problem if the price of the stay reflected, unfortunately it does not. ”

“Great location near beach, amazing city and ocean view from 19th floor, modern look, digital entry. But beware 1000B deposit for key (during check in they will return you 500B, remaining 500B was taken for electricity).”

“It's a small one bedroom condo nice kitchen though could be better with the kitchenware and the stove top wasn't that great.the bed was very comfortable and bathroom was good gave you plenty of liquid soap. Location is good not far from the beach. I would stay there again”

“Not worth at all. No lift available so had to walk those long stairs up and down all the time. Old and not maintained at all. Was smelling bad the first night so had to blow fan all day and night. Had worst experience staying with my kid and wife. Dont rent this place. Terrible.”
