“Very nice hotel with good facilities, rooms were spacious and the garden terrace is excellent Only negative is the poor/basic automatic machine coffee at breakfast, suprised there is no option to get a “real quality” coffee And why is it 18$ to play tennis….? Plus more to rent a racket (this should be free for hotel guests paying for services) Overall a nice hotel in a central location ”

“The check-in process was protracted and the staff were confused as to how to process the check-in due to a difference between the reservation and hotels system. We had to wait until midnight to be a able to check-in”

“I can not understand how hotels.com gave 5 stars. the room without body lotion, no complimentary bottles of water; laundry service expensive and abslotely weak. I complained and nothing happeneded. no paper notes in the room, nor a pencil just to wrtie a note. no bathrobe”

“La struttura pur non decentrata non è esattamente in una zona comoda. Non v'è alcun appunto da muovere se non l'estrema cortesia e attenzione da parte di ognuno dei dipendenti. Ho trovato il portare un po' di frutta, un gesto semplice ma squisito. Unico appunto è l'estrema rumorosità dell'impianto di condizionamento.”

“Perfect location”

“The shower was too hot or freezing. I asked to check it and solve the problem but nothing changed. Moreover, while waiting the room the stuff was unkind with us. The room was not ready for the check in time so we just asked them to call us or send us a mail as soon as the room was ready and they answered that it was up to us to get in touch with them to have news because the hotel hosts a lot of people and they can't call everyone.”

“Unica pecche le camere piccole con spazi insufficienti per le valigie, mancanza accappatoio e cuffie impermeabili. Colazione discreta soprattutto per la qualità delle brioche. Molto confortevole il materasso, la pulizia eccellente, molto silenzioso. ”

“Struttura curata ai massimi livelli. Tanto personale perfettamente operativo e ben coordinato. Stanze confortevoli e curate nei minimi dettagli. Un'hotel all'altezza delle cinque stelle vantate. Ubicato in posizione centralissima e ben servita. Insomma soddisfatto in pieno della quallita dei servizi offerti.”
