“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this remote beautiful home on the coast of the Isle of Skye. In the early morning we walked to the local beach. It was just us, the sheep and amazing views everywhere we looked. Thank you Sara!”

“Superb location, amazing views, well stocked cottage. Extremely comfortable and welcoming home…..has absolutely everything…..plus dogs can run around in safety……with cows as neighbours. We loved it and want to visit again.”

Seen and heard deer every day, large window in the living area is perfect for wildlife watching. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Extra bonus was an aurora show on the last night of our stay. We will definitely be back. ”

“We booked through home and away so was surprised that all communication subsequently came from cottages.com ( who were obviously the property manager) and then discovered that if I had originally booked with them the cottage would have been cheaper- which was annoying . Also disappointed that due to a local land dispute a nearby resident had erected a fence and we were unable to access the Loch near the cottage”

“We enjoyed our week at Cuillin View. The apartment was as described but we did not appreciate how small it was. Our daughter joined us for a few days and it was a squeeze to accommodate us all (with a dog). The dining chairs were fold up to save space but they were uncomfortable and cushions or better chairs would be an improvement. The draining board next to the sink was tiny and too small for two, let alone 3 people. Finally the WiFi was terrible. Intermittent with a maximum download of...

“Ian's lodge proved to be super quaint in a quiet part of Kilchoan and up a slight hill, with a view of the water in the distance. Secluded surroundings making an evening on the porch ideal and private. Nice over hang making sit outs in the rain ideal and atmospheric. Very close to Kilchoan grocery store which also has a petrol station and with Kilchoan Hotel only a 5 minute walk away. So you have all the amenities on your doorstep. Great location for exploring the furthest part of Ardnamurchin...
