“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Our original room had a severe mosquito problem, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. We were forced to switch rooms around 11:00 PM, which was especially difficult because we were traveling with our 6-month-old baby and had to move all of our belongings late at night. “The place and location is great, one of the best beaches in Panama, the real problem with the hotel is the staff, long faces, no solve problem members, they could do better, the food is great, we got the chance to meet the Chef, great energy, always willing to help the guests.”
