“This was an awesome property. I went with my spouse and adult children(17-22) and their friends. Total of 8 people. The house was very clean and open. The pool was exceptional. The sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The best part was the caretakers(Arturo and Maribel). Arturo was up early to get the pool and backyard set up for us to enjoy for the day. Maribel cooked us an awesome dinner our last night there. They were so nice and helpful the entire time we were there. They almost felt like...

“We had a great time at this home. Carlos was an amazing host who went above and beyond with friendly communication and problem solving. This home has a "to die for view," and beautiful interior. Make sure you have a 4x4 and preferably off-road tires. If you don't have a 4x4 do not book this place. Overall amazing stay!”

“Beautiful property. Big bedrooms, clean bathrooms, spectaculer views. No hot tub. The kitchen could have been cleaner (moldy cutting boards, dirty drawers and only four coffee cups)Location was good. 5 minute walk to the beach. The property manager was very attentive.”

Some amenities that would’ve made our stay more enjoyable are: more bath and beach towels, face cloths and mats. Having a outdoor bbq made up for lack of larger pots. “This the 3rd time we have stayed at this villa. The villa was excellent for our family who visited at different times over the 3 months. Great neighbors over this time and the Los Delfines area offers lots of great choices for activities. There is a lot of development occurring so construction activity is constant. On-site dining is limited to El Rancho which is good and very amenable for owners and guests. Property management is professional and timely with responsive to any questions or issues...
