“Staff is friendly and helpful. For example, I needed help to make dinner reservations but I don't speak Japanese and I do not know how to dial the local number but front desk was nice enough to help. “staff are great”

“Convenient location clean room”

“Strong smell of mold in the reception area, really put me off. Not something I would expect from a hotel charging more than 20,000yen for a small single room. Check in staff unfriendly and unwelcoming as well. Very disappointing given the positive experiences I’ve had at other MyStays hotels across Japan.”
