Etc. greatly appreciated his assistance and information. The hotel staffs are very courteous and provide excellent services. The spa is great, spacious, clean and orderly. We have a fantastic stay. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel generally felt relaxing and pleasant, and the staff were really helpful. I liked the pyjamas so much I bought a set! The hotel also gives you access to a local onsen which was a lovely treat at the end of the day. The only quibble was the breakfast which was good but perhaps not quite worth the money - we had better breakfasts for less elsewhere. But other than that, I really enjoyed it stay at this hotel and would greatly recommend it.”
