“My stay was not as good as my previous one. Staff was not very friendly. Room did not have balcony or ocean view. Breakfast was good. White towels in the room were old and gray. Beach towels were old too and limited. Beach chairs were never available, almost. Cocktail Moscow mule did not taste like one. Probably, will not return.”

The spa had an extensive menu to choose from, and the gym, though still fairly small, had enough equipment to allow for some of my better workouts while traveling. “Breakfast was yum, rooms clean and staff were overall friendly. The lifts were very busy and slow, made a booking for 5 rooms as we were on a family holiday, all rooms were scattered on different levels. Toilet paper wasnt topped up and lift cards continued not to work. ”

“Loved everything except the beach was very dirty with lots of garbage. Likely not much the resort could do with it washing up but definitely could have cleaned it up more often. Long way to get a drink from beach with no waiters serving the beach area. Loved the room and the view and the food was good. ”

“From service to room cleanliness, everything was top notch. The hotel is newly opened so not a lot of people know about it but this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stay in Vietnam. Also Hieu and Nam are very helpful and kind. They always made sure that our stay was ok and if we need anything else. The view is amazing!”

“Camera vissuta con alcuni dettagli da rivedere. Sedia con pelle rovinata. Cestino per rifiuti vecchio.Pulizia sufficiente. Fatevi un giro nelle camere. Un hotel 5 stelle non può permettersi sbavature. Colazione migliorabile soprattutto per i prodotti senza glutine. C’era solo un pane che veniva scaldato malissimo ( microonde) ed era quindi non commestibile. Per fortuna avevo i miei biscotti. Alcuni dipendenti falsamente gentili. Piscina con ore di sole contate( dalle 8,00 alle 11,00 am)....
