“We love Pointe Estero Resort! The condos are beautiful, clean and have plenty of room. They are stocked with everything you need for your stay! All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. There were beach toys for the kids to use, and boogie boards as well. The resort was very quiet both day and night. We would highly recommend Pointe Estero!”

Non si fanno capire e pretendono la mancia senza però corrispondere un servizio soddisfacente e soprattutto cortese. È vicino al mare per cui 5 minuti e si in acqua. Ristoranti pochi e male assortiti. C'è di meglio.”

“La habitación y todo el hotel estaba superlimpio. Todo el.personal fue muy atento, incluyendo Coco. El desayuno fresco y muy variado. Ubicacion espectacular con acceso a una estupenda playa y unas vistas del atardecer preciosas.”

“Decent. Not the worst, not the best. Great beach location but lots of terrible parking lots with no room and one entrance/exit. Friendly but forgetful staff. Pool was fine but a little dirty. The bottom level shops were cool, good options. Won’t be back but don’t regret it.”

“Struttura esternamente nuova, con parcheggio gratuito. Nelle foto avevo visto che c era la piscina, invece era in manutenzione. Le stanze carine ma il divano letto scomodo. Nel bagno c era la lavatrice ma era tutta arrugginita, quindi non l ho usata. Top la vista sul mare. Nei dintorni qualche ristorante ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. Nel complesso buono ma con quel prezzo avrei scelto altro”

“Il personale e` molto gentile e l'albergo e` carino. L'albergo e` su una strada molto trafficata, per cui non e` molto silenzioso. Sono rimasto due giorni; il secondo giorno c'e` stata una piccola incomprensione: la donna delle pulizie mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno dei suoi servizi per cambiare asciugamani, ecc. Io pensavo intendesse proprio solo gli asciugamani, per cui ho risposto di no (per motivi ecologici, evito di farmi cambiare gli asciugamani tutti i giorni negli alberghi), invece non...

“Struttura nuova e di stile minimal. Parcheggio comodo. Vicina al centro di Naples. Impensabile però che se si richiede una asciugacapelli non c'è disponibilità. Dovete comprarne tante perché noi siamo stati costretti a non fare lo shampoo.”

“This is a very peaceful, clean and well-mantained hotel. The bed linen was impeccable. The bathroom was modern and sparkly clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there every time I visit my daughter in Lehigh Acres. I highly recommend it.”
