“It was very difficult to find the check-in office. When we entered the room, there were blood stains on the bed sheets, which made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning. There were also so many mosquitoes that everyone in our family got bitten. When we asked for mosquito repellent at the office, we were told to go buy it ourselves at a nearby market. We were very disappointed with the way this was handled.”

“2박 숙박했습니다. 객실 컨디션과 서비스에 대한 기대가 컸지만 매우 아쉬운 경험이었습니다. 숙박 마지막 밤부터 안방에 이어진 화장실에서 심한 악취가 발생해 정상적으로 휴식을 취하기 어려웠습니다. 직원분이 직접 객실에 방문하여 확인했고, 비가 오는 날에는 이런 현상이 있을 수 있다는 설명을 들었습니다. 즉시 메시지로 불편 사항을 전달했고, 호텔에서는 "확인 후 연락드리겠다"고 답변했습니다. 그러나 하루 이상이 지난 시점까지도 해당 민원에 대한 결과나 보상 안내는 없었습니다. 그 사이 "평점 만점 포토리뷰를 작성하면 상품권을 제공한다"는 자동 리뷰 이벤트 메시지는 받았습니다. 리뷰 이벤트보다 먼저 고객이 제기한 문제에 대해 책임 있는 답변과 후속 조치가 이루어졌다면 훨씬 좋은 인상을 받았을 것입니다. 시설 문제는 발생할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 하지만 고객이 불편을 겪었을 때 이를 어떻게 대응하는지가 호텔의 서비스 수준을 결정한다고 생각합니다. 이번 숙박에서는 사후 대응이 가장...

“Would definitely come back here on the next trip to Busan. Location is great being right next to Busan Station. If you have a lot of luggage there's plenty of space to repack and get things in order and the comfiness of being in an apartment is great for long stays.”
