“It’s bigger than I thought it would be. Also it comes with washing machine so it made things much easier. Also dryers are in the first floor. It may get crowded getting on an elevator during check out time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. It’s just 5-8 minute walk from the ocean and pretty quiet at night. ”

“Extremely rude staff, we booked on hotels.com and the pool and sauna were included, then they said they were not. Also, at the pool there was a sign saying children below 36 months could swim, my son was allowed at first, then they changed their mind asking us to leave the pool. The staff was very rude and confusing, would not explain the issue while demanding all the info on our booking from us. The room was ok but it's unacceptable not to have it cleaned for a six days stay. Not even the...

“While there was no staff or housekeeping available throughout my stay, the room was quite spacious and had no mold or significant scuff marks, no smoke smells. The TV was great - had Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, and had its own kitchen and washer/dryer. Great room for a very small price. You do need to follow certain instructions after reservation in order to gain access to the room, though, but I followed them carefully and got in. Hope this review helps a lot to the budget-friendly traveller!”

“해운대역과 해운대 해변 중간에 위치하여 주변에 다니기가 아주 좋은 위치이며 숙박시설이 아주 청결한 좋은 레지던ㅅㄷ입니다. 이번에 두번째 방문인데 아주 만족스럽게 묶었습니다.다음에도 이용하겠습시다. 다만 주차료가 따로 징수되는점은 아쉽습니다.”
