“this hotel is very luxurious yet very affordable. from the lobby to the elevators to the doors and of course the room. everything was so high tech. heated floors, tv in the kitchen, cctv, speakers, kitchen, cabinets. has 2 rooms to total 6 beds. this is how extremely spacious this hotel is. i felt pampered throughout my stay. i felt “home” while i was staying at booking the bay. very close to busan station. close to everything! we even have security in the hotel. the only thing was our room was...

“The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk.
