“신축건물이라서 룸컨디션은 최상입니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 아직 완벽하게 셋팅이 되지않아서 아쉽네요. 수영장 미오픈, 조식 메뉴중 한 메뉴가 떨어졌을때 리필되지 않는문제, 안내판이 아직 완성되지않아 건물내에서도 많이 헤맸습니다. 이런부분 개선되면 정말좋은 숙박시설인것 같습니다.”

“The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk.
