“the house was VERY clean, the host was great to work with & the location of the house is great to walk the one block up to the main downtown area, making it great to support local businesses and restaurants. the saturday farmers market is super close to the house making it nice to not have to rely on your car to go to the market. would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. ”

One note: the description did not make it clear that this is the bottom floor of a house. Everything is separate, but this should probably be clearer. We also had to ask about the refrigerator. “It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...
