“We traveled a long distance, and we're exhausted, 230am the alarm started going off and water was leaking through the smoke alarm. We had to be relocated to a different room. It wasn’t easy to get any rest after that. In the morning, we expected at least a discount for our restless night but that wasn't offered. It was a bit upsetting, we didn't bother having the breakfast that came with the room, we just left and never looked back.”
