“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Note: standard beds are TINY! Needed two beds in the room. Enough room for Queen beds BUT these were tiny. Good restaurant. Great staff. Location. Location.”

“The hotel is attached to the NZICC, which is convenient for attending conventions/conferences. That's the best thing about the hotel. The rooms were nice but not outstanding in my opinion, they had all that was required, bath robes, slippers etc. My view from the 7th Floor looking out towards the harbour backed onto the TVNZ building with their Satellite dishes. The staff were friendly but that was about the extent of things. Breakfast in the morning at the grill, I was left to find my own...
