“we really enjoyed this trip, jack and his crew were absolutely fantastic and the food was so so good (thank you Chris!). we saw penguins and seals and the hot tub was brilliant at night listening to the owls and birds. due to the rainfall during the night the waterfalls were absolutely epic the best we've ever seen. the cabin was clean and the beds super comfy so we got a great nights sleep. we got the tender out which was great and everyone enjoyed the kayaking and swimming. the whole trip was...

"We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience."

"Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei."
