Chalet a Cromwell

“No coffee machine, floor was very cold to walk on. The room was heated via a heat pump, not ideal as it created more draft than warmth. A heated towel rail is a must as you are requested to retain your towels to "save the environment".”

“Great location between Queenstown and Wanaka. The apartment had everything we needed in a nice quiet neighborhood.”

“Liked location, have stayed before and had a beautiful stay, this time, not so good, dinner very over cooked, and paid a lot for dinner, had to ask for music to be turned down so we could sleep after 10pm on a Sunday. Staff lovely but overall not like it used to be in the old days….but times are a changing and that is how the world works….but for the beautiful location which I worked my trip around to stay again…really disappointed.”

“We spent a week there and overall it was pretty good. Having a kitchen was handy, allowed us to make our own breakfast and dinners which saved from eating out all the time. Unfortunately, daily cleaning wasn’t up to scratch, often they didn’t replace bathroom mats, face towels and some kitchen food sanitation essentials. The kitchen closed at 5pm so you would have to make sure to place your orders before 4.30pm for pick up by 5pm. There was a lot of construction, which I assume would be great...
