“Lovely huge house nestled in the woods. Easy walking distance to Avalanche Peak and Devil's Punchbowl walking tracks. Be sure to use firewood from the woodshed, the outdoor wood is often wet.”

“I would highly recommend a visit to Didi’s Place. Next time we are visiting Ahuriri I really hope the stunning cottage is available. It’s so good not having to rely on a car as everything is within walking distance.”

“Had a lovley stay at Hayleys property. True to the listing its just as she describes. We had a great weekend away being able to walk for breakfast, coffee and a short drive to local other local attractions. We had a slight issue with a light switch and Hayley had an electrician on site within the hour. Highly recommend choosing this place for your next visit to Ohakune, we will be back ”

“Fantastic location within walking distance to all of Queenstown. We found it difficult to find a parking spot for our car in town, so simply parked the car at the Chalet and walked everywhere. Within walking distance are many restaurants, shops & things to do. We took the Gondola and participated in the zip line & luge ride, which were both fun activities. The Chalet is modern, clean and nicely appointed. It has everything that you need for your stay.”
